A head that has been chopped off, looks as if – for a split second at least – it knows that it has been chopped off. A sad thought to have as your last one: ‘I’ve been chopped off’. Perhaps some chopped-off heads think something completely different, but ‘I’ve been chopped off’ is the most to the point. One of the thoughts that a chopped-off head probably won’t have is ‘Did I switch the gas off?’ or ‘Did I forget to call the doctor about those warts again?’ or ‘Wow, suddenly I see the world from a whole different perspective!’. A head that’s been chopped off probably only has room for one thought; ‘I’ve been chopped off. Why?!!’
